The Hanover Central boys basketball team is set to begin their postseason run as they compete in the IHSAA Class 3A Sectionals at Kankakee Valley High School. The Wildcats will tip off sectional play on Tuesday, March 4, at 7:00 p.m., facing Illiana Christian in an exciting first-round matchup. Hanover Central enters the tournament looking to make a deep run and capture a sectional championship. With a strong season behind them, the Wildcats will need to bring their best effort against an Illiana Christian squad that is also hungry for success in the postseason. The winner of Tuesday’s game will advance to the semifinals against Lowell, set to take place on Friday, March 7, with the sectional championship game scheduled for Friday, March 8 at Kankakee Valley.
