Hanover Central High School

On Wednesday, our Freshman/Future Boys Basketball Team hosted the Brickies from Hobart. This was yet another hard-fought effort at home against an even talented team. As mentioned to the players, this group has the biggest collective heart I have seen in my four years coaching at this level. At the half we were up 16-12; however, Hobart won the second half (22-16). They battled again from tip to final buzzer. Only unfortunate part is that this final buzzer had a buzzer beater - 15-18 feet jump shot that was well defended that proceeded to bounce up and down on the rim a few times and then fell through the net. Two more practices and then Munster on Monday at home. Time to keep battling.
