The cross-country teams traveled to Highland for an LMSAC round robin meet and gained a split. The girls were first to get out onto the wet, and somewhat confusing course, and got a 28-29 victory over the host Trojans. Kimmy Fruth had a commanding lead after the first lap. We aren't sure exactly how far she ran, but she finished 3rd, followed by Kennedy Turner in 4th. Kennede Eckart, Izzy Garduno, Emma Camarillo and Gianna Gettemans finished 6th, 7th, 8th, and 10th. In the boys race, Joseph Lashway, Anthony Miller and Brett Burdan batled a Highland runner for second, but finished 3rd, 4th and 5th. Reed LaPorte finished 8th, and Deo Williams finished 10th. The teams will host Lowell on Wendesday.
