The Hanover Central Lady Wildcats are sectional champions once again! Hanover Central claimed the 2026 IHSAA Softball Sectional Championship, continuing an outstanding season and earning a spot in the IHSAA Regional Championship. With the sectional title secured, Hanover Central now turns its attention to the next challenge. The Wildcats will host the 2026 IHSAA Class 3A Regional Championship on Tuesday, June 2, at Hanover Central High School. First pitch is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. as Hanover Central takes on the Griffith Panthers with a trip to the semi-state on the line. Wildcat fans are encouraged to pack the stands and show their support as the team continues its postseason journey.
