7th Grade Middle School vs Pierce Middle School (32 - 6) - Win: The7th grade team had a nice bounce back win after the long weekend. HC jumped out to an early lead against Pierce (Merrillville) and never looked back. Good defense paved the way for the victory. Highland Harper, Reese Anker, and Ava Creech stood out defensively. The offense was paced by Brynleigh Oostman, Pasleigh Boger, and Abbie Williams. HC plays again Wednesday at home against Griffith.
